Every day I frantically create files for clients, schedule training sessions, and assist new clients with payments. Customers voluntarily make appointments here, line up without complaint. I can't care to organize customer cases, I can't care to write my voice, I can't care to travel.
Too many times, I want to ascend to the heights, but the list comes up and I can't take care of it. Today, this beautiful Saturday, Wangwang is very quiet, and QQ happens to be quiet. Some customer websites have been operating for a long time. With the expansion of business, it is necessary to add and delete columns, re-plan the layout, and send new after-sales planning suggestions. I want to open my mouth and say, "This is beyond the scope of free after-sales service", and I would like to help, and introduce more friends to you in the future. In a word, it dilutes all my tiredness.

Isn't this the atmosphere of "home" that I have been trying to create for my customers? Customers often say, "Your service is very good, very good. I admire." Sometimes, I really want to cry, I want to tell him that it is not good at all. Because only I know what else is missing.
Although, I know that I can provide customers with a good trading environment through the same service on the surface, talk and laugh, and be happy.
But I know better that we also ignore it. I think the ocean network really needs to be expanded.
At present, our team has a total of 25 people.

Me: customer reception, assist in transactions
10 programmers: making templates
8 graphic designers: professional responsible for creative graphic design, image processing
6 professional responsible for after-sales service but as the website increases month by month, we need more people.
